Designated a public use airport 4.6 miles Southeast of Historic Selma, Alabama in Dallas County, Craig Field Airport features:

An 8,002 ft lighted runway with 1,000 ft overruns on each end and a pavement strength that can accommodate large aircraft like C-130 and 747/777.

Fully instrumented ILS, GPS and NDB approaches provided by the Atlanta Center and Montgomery Approach, an Aviation Weather Observation System (AWOS), 3 light PAPI light system, Tie Downs, Shade Hangars, T-hangars and Overnight Hangars.

We also keep an on-site fire department with crash and rescue capabilities ready at all times.

Craig Field Airport is included in the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation facility.[1]
